Booth sizes are as follows:
5x10 hallway booths @ $45.00 each
8x10 inline booths @ $60.00 each 10x10 inline booths @ $75.00 each
10x10 corner booths @ $80.00 each Electricity access @ $15.00 each
Please e-mail the Craft Show Director, Rhonda Crowdis, with your product information and booth size BEFORE submitting your registration form. As booth sizes and product types fill up, the spaces for certain vendors become limited. A full list of vendors NOT needed as well as answers to many of your questions is available at the link to the left labled "Very Detailed Event Info"
Also note, you must e-mail the Craft Show Director prior to April 2, 2008 to cancel your registration without penalty. There will be no refunds given after this date for any reason.
Each booth includes space rental, two chairs, and one numbered ID sign. Any additional furnishings, curtains, etc. needed for booths must be provided by the exhibitor. Please note: Exhibitors shall furnish one (1) item with a retail value of at least $8.00 to be given as a door prize to guests of the event. At their own discretion, Exhibitors may also doante a "basket" with a retail value of at least $30.00 to the Silent Auction, which benefits the Lightning Dancers individual accounts towards travel expenses for Competition. Exhibitors may not assign, sublet, or re-sell any part or all of their space without written consent of the exhibit director. Any person or firm not exhibiting is prohibited from soliciting business in any part of the exhibit site. LDSO reserves the right to refuse service to any person or firm.
Central High School, Lightning Dancers Service Organization, the show host, will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to any exhibitor, their representatives or property, before, during or after show hours. Exhibitors should insure themselves against such claims, and by signature on application, release the school and the host from any and all liability. Exhibitors should not leave booths unattended during show hours. Displays should remain intact until show closes. All merchandise and exhibits must conform to Tarrant County fire codes and ordinances and any regulations of the school. Exhibitor agrees to abide by official show rules and regulations as set forth by the show director. Exhibitors are each responsible for the collection and payment of any sales tax, and obtaining of licenses or permits which may be required by Tarrant County, Texas.
